New Delhi: The next time you fly Malaysia Airlines, why not opt for an ‘MH Gourmet’ meal? Starting 3 June 2014, passengers flying on Malaysia Airlines can replace their complimentary meal on Economy Class to a premium meal package from ‘MH Gourmet’ meal, in advance.

 ‘MH Gourmet’ offers 6 premium meals with selections from Malaysian, Western and Japanese cuisine to bring a fine dining experience onboard Economy class. Choose from braised beef cheeks, grilled lamb cutlets, chicken cordon bleu, skewer of prawn piccata, glazed cod teriyaki style or beef rendang tok. The meals are served with appetizer, dessert, chocolates and fresh bread rolls; priced at just RM70 each.  As an introductory offer, starting from 3rd June to 3rd July these premium meals are priced at RM49 each.

The ‘MH Gourmet’ is offered on board Malaysia Airlines flights from Kuala Lumpur to destinations in Asia, North Asia, India, Europe, Middle East and Australia/New Zealand.

In addition, an enhanced ‘On Air Celebration’ offer passengers a chance to capture their special moments on board Malaysia Airlines with a Celebratory Cake. For RM250, passengers can pre-order a special celebratory cake to be served on board to commemorate birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoon or wedding.

‘On Air Celebration’ is available across all classes on Malaysia Airlines flights from Kuala Lumpur to destinations in Asia, North Asia, India, Middle East, Europe and Australia/New Zealand.

All through these years we have strived to offer the best and based on consumer feedback, now we offer more choices to create a completely new travel experience that combines great taste along with great comfort”.

Both services will be offered at Malaysia Airlines’ Call Centre and Ticket Offices system wide. Payment for the meal and cake purchases is easily made at Malaysia Airlines Global Customer Contact Centre or Malaysia Airlines Ticket Offices.

Passengers may use their Credit or Debit Cards when payment is made at Malaysia Airlines Global Customer Contact Centre by calling 1 300 88 3000 or +603 7843 3000 for customers outside Malaysia whereas for Ticket Offices, passengers may use Cash, Credit or Debit Cards as their payment modes.
