For the quarter ended September 30th, 2025:

• Revenue from Operations stood at ₹ 2273 million, marking a robust 6.7% YoY growth compared to Q2FY25.
• EBITDA for the quarter was ₹ 649 million, up 16.8% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 28.6%.

For the half year ended September 30th, 2025:

• Revenue from Operations reached ₹ 4,683 million, registering a strong 12% YoY growth, backed by timely execution of a robust order book.
• EBITDA grew by 20.8% YoY to ₹ 1,292 million, with margins expanding by 202 bps to 27.6%, indicating enhanced operating leverage.

As on September 30th, 2025:

• The Net Worth as of September 30, 2025, stood at ₹ 11,384 million
• Total Debt stood at ₹ 2,946 million
• Debt-to-Equity Ratio stood at 0.26
