  • Sells 300 flats within 100 days of launch

     The pandemic-induced slowdown does not seem to have a bearing on the real estate sector. This became evident when Excellaa sold 300 units within 100 days of the launch of its prestigious project, Excellaa Tremont.

    The stunning performance of the Tremont property located at Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa in Pune, has pleasantly surprised the Excellaa promoters who are now convinced that a good property in a convenient location meeting people’s expectations, pandemic or not, would always sell.

    “Selling 300 units within 100 days of launching a property is not something that happened even during the pre-pandemic period.  It is here the success of Tremont property becomes important,” said Excellaa spokesperson.

    Interestingly, with the outbreak of the coronovirus, some experts had predicted dull days and a lull market ahead for the real estate sector. The company spokesperson, however, asserted that such predictions have come a cropper.  “Excellaa Tremont is evidence enough,” he beamed.

    The Tremont property was launched in September last year, when the country had not yet recovered from the pandemic’s second wave. This premium residential project, even as it was announced, had generated unprecedented response from buyers for whom owning a house was a long-cherished dream.

    A 14-storey building, Tremont property has 746 units of premium 2 BHK flats. Thoughtfully designed, aesthetically articulated and priced within the Rs.50 lakh all-inclusive range, the flats at Tremont are meant for happy middle income group (MIG) families and for investors.

    Those who invest money always look for value. This is especially so in the case of MIG people who mostly buy houses to live in rather than for investment. So, they look at various factors like location, connectivity to highway and airport, schools and hospitals in proximity.

    The MIG people, Excellaa spokespersons notes, also bargain tough. “They won’t settle for lesser amenities. Tremont property offers 50-plus lifestyle amenities and it is vastu compliant with zero wastage.  That is the reason why it has become a hit.”

    Bharat More who purchased a flat at Tremont said he had been looking for a flat in Keshav Nagar for about 2 years before he finally zeroed in on Tremont. “The price I paid is justified for the kind of amenities the project offers,” he said.

    It is the Vastu, price and amenity factors that prompted Shrikant Govind Bhagyawant to buy a flat at Tremont.  “It is difficult to find a property with such amenities at a busy location like Keshav Nagar at such a price.  I am happy I have invested my money wisely,” said Bhagyawant.

    Excellaa, the Pune-based real estate player, has a strong track record of completing projects on time without compromising on quality.  The real estate major over the years has built many projects, ranging from budget homes to luxury villas in premium locations in Pune city.
