For non-vegetarians, there is Steamed scallops with glass vermicelli (Ginger, Oyster sauce, cilantro); Steamed Fish (Fresh Red Chilli, Garlic, fish broth, juvenile pakchoi); and Pe fung tong Style chicken Legs (Chicken Legs, Crisp fried, pickled chilli dip).
