  • Fabrice Bakhouche Appointed Deputy CEO of AFP

    Paris : Born in 1974, he is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1996) and ENA (2001-2003).

    Fabrice Bakhouche began his career in 1998 at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he monitored bilateral relations between France and a number of Latin American countries (Mercosur, Chile and Bolivia).

    He joined the Cour des Comptes in 2003, where he audited a number of public sector companies in the audiovisual sector; he also took part in missions to evaluate the United Nations’ humanitarian action in the wake of the tsunami in Southern Asia. In 2007 he joined the Agence des participations de l’Etat (the French government shareholding agency), initially focusing on the railway sector, and later on the services sector.
