Finance is Trust, and we wish to be your Trusting Factor: Ajay Kashyap’s Everything Hindi

Born and brought up in the city of “Nawabs”, that is Lucknow, Ajay Kashyap was always oriented towards achieving financial independence and turning in hard work into monetary benefit. After finishing his education by pursuing graduation in Commerce from Lucknow University he started working in 2007. He switched many companies and gained the required experience and by 2009 he purchased his first car, Alto. Ajay kept on working efficiently, and achieving his set targets in the coming year. He felt like his dreams were turning in to reality, and the teenage boy was living his dream life.

Then in 2013 Ajay started to learn about travel agencies and how to manage and promote them. In no time he opened his own travel agency and followed his growth as he was equally hardworking and dedicated for his work. Currently Ajay’s company works on the B to B pattern that is the Business to Business (agent wise) pattern for the air ticketing in the Middle Eastern Region and then in 2020 they planned to turn the model to the B to C pattern that is the Business to Client pattern for helping the people at all levels. Also their turn in model, would also indicate the shift to ticketing all over the world and not just remaining in Middle Eastern Region.

However, as COVID-19 entered the lives of people, the effects were drastic. The business went down and as Ajay was under a number of loans, he has to strive hard so as to earn more money to repay his loans. Ajay has already spent more than 4 years just learning the basics of YouTube and how to use the most advanced and vibrant technology to assist his growth. Initially when Ajay started to make YouTube videos on his channel, “Everything Hindi”, there were a number of problems like how to face the camera, or shooting with the phone without any major equipment. But the most disheartening problem was the lack of reach the videos had and how a smaller number of people were attracted towards it. However, within sometime the videos started to gain popularity and the core value behind this was trust. Ajay Kashyap sums it up by saying, “ In financing people invest money on the words of someone else. Thus, it is the trust and the relationship they share which matter the most.” The people believed in what Ajay said as his words were backed by facts and knowledge which he had gain over the years.

Ajay however believed that to give his audience the knowledge they require for Crypto it was necessary that they understood the basics of it. While researching about Crypto, Ajay realized that all the content available on the internet was revolving around the English language that to of the advanced level. So he assessed that to bring Crypto to the common people, he will have to relate with them and for that he chose to work with the Hindi language rather than English. Ajay attributes the growth of the channel to the research that was carried out regarding Crypto and the  way it was delivered to the people in the most comprehensible way in their own language.

However, this path towards the success of Ajay’s channel came with a price that was the negative impact on their travel business. Since majority time was put for the YouTube, the travel agency suffered due to lack of time, proper management and delay. However, as hard work always pays off, Ajay’s dedication was rewarded by the gradual rise in his travel business and the further growth of his YouTube Channel.

The future goals that Ajay holds close to his heart are more than mere goals, as they are his true beliefs. He wishes to educate people about finance whether  it be Crypto, Shares or any other aspect. He sees potential in the people to grow and yield benefit from the ever-flourishing finance sector and so he plans to educate people about it in any possible way.
