Fincart and Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University ally to upskill students in BFSI, wealth management

New Delhi India’s most user-friendly online investment platform Fincart and Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop course curricula, provide internships and train BFSI students in the wealth management domain. They will also equip faculties with practical & hands-on experience & insights about the changing dynamic in the wealth management space.

This will be done via domain-specific lectures, real-life case studies, soft skill training, and practical opportunities to learn in a professional and real-life set-up to prepare the students for a successful career in the BFSI domain. The three-year association will bridge the gap between students’ theoretical learning and practical industry expectations in the corporate setup.

“We often notice a gap between what students are learning in theory in the classroom and how those learnings are to be applied practically in real-life situations. This is across industries. This MoU with DSEU is to train and prepare students practically for a real job environment, and become street smart. The institutions have done well in articulating a good curriculum. However, considering the BFSI domain is quite vast, we will provide micro and deeply embedded learning that’s specific to wealth management,” said MrTanwirAlam, Founder and CEO of Fincart.

As part of the alliance, Fincart’s role will be to bring practical domain-related expertise to the classroom and also provide practical internship opportunities to prepare students to become wealth managers in the real world.

DSEU aims to equip students with world-class skill education to enable access to aspirational jobs and inculcate an entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship. DSEU creates a win-win for the youth and industry by filling the existing gaps in skill training.
