Five fresh cases of novel coronavirus reported in Kerala; Govet says no need to panic

In Kerala, five fresh cases of novel coronavirus were reported from Pathanamthitta district today. Presently, infected persons are kept in isolation with special medical care.

The  State’s health minister KK Shailaja told the media three out of the five people who tested positive for COVID-19  had a travel history to Italy while two others are their relatives.

She assured that there is no need to panic and all necessary arrangements are being done to deal with the situation and urged people’s support for the same.
