FLO Mumbai Magic Bazaar 2017 – The Ultimate Women Entrepreneurs Carnival

 

Mumbai:Running your own business is no piece of cake. Neither is raising a family. From single moms to new moms to settled mothers, all of whom who have built successful companies and managed to do both with a mix of intelligence, creativity and sheer determination research says.

There are many such success stories we plan to celebrate through the upcoming FLO Mumbai Magic Bazaar 2017, spearheaded by FICCI FLO, the ladies organization of FICCI on 17th and 18th Feb 2017 at The Art Hub, Atria Mall”, shares Swati Mayekar, Chairperson, FLO Mumbai Chapter.

She further adds, “At this mega women carnival of sorts one will get to meet entrepreneur moms who are changing their lives and changing the world by launching businesses both big and small. From spa owners to book publicists to non-profit founders to chocolatiers these working moms inspire us all with their creativity, determination and grit. Most of these moms started from scratch, working weekends and evenings to make their dreams a reality”.

One will get inspired from these hardworking women about what it’s like to balance a business and motherhood, and start making plans to follow in their footsteps. FLO Mumbai Magic Bazaar scheduled on 17th and 18th Feb 2017 is inviting entries by women entrepreneurs from across the country for participating in various elements of the carnival. Last date for entries is 31st Jan 2017. As the show promises a mélange of power packed activities like Exhibitions, Workshops on latest trends, Talks & Live Demonstrations, Contests, Fashion Show and more at the 2-day carnival.

The event is supported by UNDP (United Nations Developmental Programme), Shaadi Sakhi, Shopclues, First Mom’s Club and The Art Hub. In sync with the mantra of FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) philosophy, “Power to empower”, the event aims to celebrate financial independency which is a key for achieving women empowerment.
