Srinagar: In Jammu & Kashmir, four militants were killed and another apprehended by security forces during an ongoing operation near the Line of Control in Kupwara district today.
An army official said, the operation is underway in Naugam sector near LOC in Kupwara district. He said it would be premature to say whether it was an infiltration bid or not. He said some vital information might be obtained from the apprehended militant.
Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju has said, the arrest of a terrorist in Kupawara in Jammu and Kashmir is a big success for security forces. He told media outside Parliament that it brings in open the game plan of Pakistan.
Minister of State for Home, Hansraj Ahir today said, the apprehended terrorist in Jammu and Kashmir is from Pakistan. Talking to media outside Parliament , he termed the act of security personnel as a big achievement. He said, the neighbouring country will keep on failing in its attempt to disrupt peace in India
