Hyderabad: Students of Glendale Academy have presented their amazingly creative ideas as part of the Global Schoolpreneur Summit 2019 preliminary round held at the Glendale Academy campus on Friday. The summit is organized by the Metamorphosis-the world’s biggest idea pitching event held at the school level.

As part of this event, around 15 teams have presented their ideas in front of an esteemed jury — Yashwanth Nag, CEO of The Thickshake Factory, B P Padala, Chairman of Roots International School of Business and Lekha Sishta – Global Talent Strategist, HR and management consultant.

The students presented their ideas with utmost passion, so much so that it gave jury a tough time screening.

 All in all, it the Intra Schoopreneur Summit – Glendale edition was a grand success and Metamorphosis looks forward to witnessing more ideas from the students brimming with talent.

The objective of the event was to encourage students right from the school level to work on their ideas and take shape as upcoming entrepreneurs in this fast-paced world. Metamorphosis is striving towards entrepreneurially empowering students around the globe and reach out to 2 million students by 2020. Global Schoolpreneur Summit is one of the many initiatives introduced by the company to achieve the novel goal.

Intra Schoolpreneur Summit serves as the first level of competition where students compete with their peers from the same school. The ideas selected by the jury are considered qualified for the Semi Finale. The results of the all the intra school level competition will be out on November 10. The qualified students will get a spot in the semi finale. The Grand Finale is scheduled on December 14 which will be happening at Ramoji Film City.

Glendale Academy is a high school located in Bandlaguda, Sun City, Hyderabad, India. The school was founded by Bashiruddin Babukhan to be a blend of both the Indian and Western educational systems.

The summit will witness 1500 ideas from 3000 students across 500 schools in 6 countries, and brings together leading investors, entrepreneurs, academicians and Govt officials on the same platform. The summit aims at propelling entrepreneurial dynamics in students at the school level.
