Safety lies at the core of a responsible workplace, and therefore it is critical for every sustainable organisation to ensure that its operations adhere to best practices that increase the safety and security of its employees. To truly nurture a Safety-First mindset, it is also necessary to train employees to observe safe practices not just at their workplace, but in their daily lives and behaviours as well.
