  • GVK EMRI launches one of the largest Programs benefiting Pregnant Mother and Neonates across India in the State of UttarPradesh

    The 102 National Ambulance service was launched by chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Sri. Akhilesh Yadav in Lucknow today gvkalong with Founder Chairman and Managing Director of GVK, Dr. GVK Reddy.

    GVK EMRI is currently operating 988 Ambulances under 108 Emergency response service in Uttar Pradesh. They have also bagged the project of operating 2000 more Ambulances under 102 Scheme which is meant for the transportation of pregnant women and neonates to the hospital and also back to home after delivery.

    Chief Minister Sri. Akhilesh Yadav appreciated the efforts of GVK EMRI for its phenomenal contribution towards social work. “108 service is proving to be a boon for the people of Uttar Pradesh. It has created a good and positive image amongst people in a very short span of time” he added.

    He also stated that GVK Group is also going to start 330 Mega watt power project very soon which would certainly help people of Uttar Pradesh. He lauded GVK for recently launching the world class integrated Terminal Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai.

    Speaking on the occasion, Dr. GVK Reddy, Founder Chairman and Managing Director of GVK stated, “GVK has always endeavoured to contribute towards nation’s growth by building world class infrastructure projects and is equally sensitive about social upliftment of less privileged.  It was a big challenge to start this service within a short span of fifteen days; however I am glad that the team has made it possible. ” He also added, “GVK has inaugurated Bangalore airport terminal, new integrated Terminal 2 in Mumbai and EMRI facility in UP within a very short span and we would continue with our efforts to serve the people of UP.”
