It may be recalled that Lachit Nayak of Chatai Tea Estate, Prakash Goyala, Hills of Sirs, Ravi Tanti and Vikas Dushad had recovered the handmade rocket launcher on October 7 while fishing in the sand of the hilly river called Telpung.
