  • HCG Cancer Hospital enters strategic alliance with IIJT

    Bangalore: TeamLease Services, India’s largest staffing solutions company and Indian Institute of Job Training (IIJT) today announced its alliance with HCG Cancer Hospital, Bangalore to impart Soft Skills Training to its employees spread across eight cities. The training would commence on 13th July from its Bangalore hospital. As a first step IIJT would train more than 1300 employees at HCG Hospital, Bangalore followed by Hubli, Ranchi, Cuttack, Delhi and Vijayawada.

    All the employees at HCG Hospitals would go through a pre conceived Domain Assessment Test  based on the required skillsets and after training there would be a Post Training Domain Assessment Test to gauge the efficacy of the training. This training would be highly interactive and would include scenario based role plays. The program will cover training for soft skills like Communication, Stress Management, Personality Development, Anger Management, Empathy, Leadership and Conflict Management to enable participants to be pro-actively sensitive to customers.

    Announcing the tie-up Shajan Samuel, Divisional Head IIJT, said “This training would help HCG staff to serve their patients with more warmth and increase sensitiveness towards them.”
