Hearing of Ghulam Nabi Azad, Saifuddin Soz’s sedition case postponed

Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Saturday adjourned to 2nd July the hearing on complaint seeking sedition case against Saifuddin Soz and Ghulam Nabi Azad.
The hearing has been transferred to the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate.
The criminal complaint was filed against Congress leaders for allegedly making “seditious statements against the Indian Army”.
The plea filed by an advocate has sought action against the politicians for offences under charges including sedition, criminal conspiracy and spreading rumor about army/navy/air force official.
