The coronavirus is the most talked about topic in a century. In fact, coronaviruses are a large family of viruses. Various diseases are caused by these viruses. Among them, Covid-19 is the most dangerous. This disease is highly contagious. It was first detected in Wuhan, China in December 2019. Gradually it spread to almost all countries of the world. As a result, about 60 million people in the world have been infected and are still in flux and 6.5 million people are dying.
The whole world was paralyzed by the effect of Corona. Most people are under house arrest. Thousands of people were signing up for the death march every day. More deaths due to coronavirus have occurred in developed countries like America, Brazil, Britain, Italy, Spain. Developing countries like India and Bangladesh are not left out.
Underdeveloped countries were more vulnerable. Different countries of the world have isolated their communication systems to get rid of this virus. Internal communication system including air, sea, road was closed. Due to the effect of this virus, almost all the countries of the world announced the closure of schools-colleges-universities, offices, courts, factories, tourist centers. It had a severe impact on Bangladesh. Like other countries, everything in this country also came to a standstill.
The only solution then to get rid of the coronavirus was to wear mask properly, use hand sanitizer frequently and follow hygiene rules. Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor, the former Deputy Finance Secretary of Bangladesh Awami Juba League central committee, thought about the hygiene rules of the entire Bangladesh including Chittagong and discovered a special method to keep them free from corona virus.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor said about the Corona Prevention Booth, “This Corona Prevention Booth is a means for common people to get masks and hand sanitizers for free. It is not possible to hand out masks to lakhs of people. For that, a medium, a table or a box is needed. The name of that box system is – Corona Prevention Booth.”
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor, in response to the question why he made this Corona Prevention Booth in the pattern of an ATM booth, said, “The corona prevention booth is made of PVC board. The reason for making it in the pattern of an ATM booth is that when people see the Corona Prevention Booth in the pattern of the Tetulia ATM booth from Teknaf, Bangladesh, understand that free masks and hand sanitizer services are available from these booths. It is a strategy to encourage people to use masks and hand sanitizers and increase public awareness.”
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor, the inventor of this history-winning Corona Prevention Booth, was born in a noble Muslim family. He was a very talented and wonderful boy from his student days. In addition to all this, he involved himself in politics with the aim of serving the people. He was born on 1st February , in 1974.
