    Heritage Business School Kolkata organized Congruence 2021, the induction and orientation programme for the 19th batch of MBA students on 15th September 2021. The programme was addressed by Prof. Saibal Chattopadhyay, Former Director, IIM, Calcutta as the Chief Guest followed Dr. Debanjan Chakrabarti, Director, East & North East, British Council as the Guest of Honour. The event also witnessed the presence of Shri H.P.Budhia, Chairman, Heritage Business School, Kolkata who motivated the new batch with his insights of the essence of management education for the aspiring managers and leaders. During the programme, Prof. Saibal Chattopadhyay spoke about the analytical abilities and intellectual sharpness management graduates should possess to respond to the challenges globally. “Learn how organizations respond to the challenges globally,” said Prof. Chattopadhyay during his inaugural address. Dr. Debanjan spoke about inclusiveness & diversity, the power of storytelling, dealing with complexities and how power structures influence people around us. “Use every opportunity to extend opportunities around you,” said Dr. Debanjan Chakrabarti. 

    The programme also witnessed the presence and address of Prof. Anup Sinha, Chief Mentor, Heritage Business School and Chairman, Bandhan Bank,  Dr. K.K.Chaudhuri, Dean, Heritage Business School, Mr. P.K.Agarwal, CEO, KBT, and other faculty and staff members of Heritage Business School.

    Congruence 2021 will continue for a week and was addressed by various experts from the Industry and management including Mr. Harish Agarwal, Partner, Ernst & Young and Ms. Sreela Dasgupta, Associate Vice President, TCS Ltd and many more.
