Herrick Lutts Realty Partners principals Paul Herrick and Nick Zolotas will lead the team in bringing this unique subdivision offering to market. The first phase of Falcon Ridge will include 17 homes, with construction scheduled to begin as early as May 2021 and occupancy scheduled for late Fall 2021.
