Apart from the day-to-day operations, he will also be responsible for executing the launch of a unique concept at the property called the Hilton Shillim Retreat & Spa. He will also oversee the formulation and implementation of business strategies for this project.
Mr. Kraemer brings over 10 years of hospitality experience to his new role at Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat & Spa. A German national, Mr Kraemer has held a number of senior positions including Area General Manager at KC Resort & Over Water Villas, Koh Samui, Thailand. Here, he was responsible for overlooking the pre-opening operations, sales and marketing. He has also held various positions with Infinity, Lifestyle Destination & Spa, Six Senses Hideaway & Spa, Koh Samui and White Sands Resort & Spa, Maldives.
Speaking about his new role at India’s first leisure property by Hilton, Mr Kraemer said, “The Indian hospitality and spa industry is burgeoning and this new project will offer us an opportunity to showcase our unique offerings and experiences at Hilton Shillim.
