Holi Special Cocktails by Stoli
Picante
Glass: Pre-chilled Martini
Ingredients:
45ml Stoli Vodka
60ml Pineapple juice
10ml Limejuice
A wedge of lime
Bell peppers – 3 cubes of each red, yellow & green
8/10 pineapple chunks
Splash of sugar – optional
Garnish: 3 strips of bell peppers
Method:
- Muddle the bell peppers & pineapple chunks in a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice
- Add all the ingredients and shake
- Double strain into a pre chilled Martini glass
- Garnish
Perla Azul
Glass: Pilsner/Slim Collins
Ingredients:
45ml Stoli Vodka
5ml Blue Curacao
30ml Litchi juice
10ml limejuice
Sprite to top
Garnish: Orange slice
Method:
- Pour litchi juice at the bottom of the glass
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add limejuice and top it up 3/4 with sprite
- Mix blue Curacao with vodka
- Float the blue vodka on top
- Garnish
Te Amo
Glass: Pre-chilled Martini
Ingredients:
60ml Stoli Vodka
10ml Monin Peach syrup
Garnish; 2 Almonds
Method:
- Fill shaker with ice
- Add vodka & peach syrup. Stir
- Pour it into Pre chilled Martini glass
- Drop in two almonds for garnish
Flame O’ the Forest
Glass: Pre chilled Martini
Ingredients:
45ml Stoli Vodka
15ml Triple Sec
1 spoon Marmalade
Garnish: Burnt orange peel & orange jujubes
Method:
- Fill shaker with ice
- Add Stoli, triple sec & marmalade
- Shake
- Double strain into a pre chilled Martini glass
- Spark the orange peel & drop it in
Crazy for Love
Glass: Pilsner / Footed Pilsner
Ingredients:
45ml Stoli Vodka
10ml Peach syrup
10/15ml limejuice
Sprite to top
15ml Red wine to float
Garnish: Orange slice with a mint sprig
Method:
- Fill shaker with ice
- Add vodka, limejuice & peach. Shake
- Pour it on ice in a tall glass
- Top it up 3/4 with sprite
- Float the red wine
- Garnish
Hot Wired
Glass: Margarita
Ingredients:
60ml Stoli Vodka
45ml Black currant crush
15ml limejuice
Garnish: Mint sprig & black salt rim
Method:
- Fill shaker with 2 scoops of crushed ice
- Add all the ingredients & blend
- Blend it until it becomes a slushie
- Pour it in a black salt rimmed glass
