  • Housr Co Living, expands its presence in West India, launches properties in Pune

    Aims to launch 4-6 more, large aggregated properties by 2022 in the city

    Pune : Housr, India’s fastest growing co-living brand is expanding its presence for co-living spaces, anticipating greater demand for affordable accommodation that also offers flexible terms and a sense of community and safe living. The company unveiled its new property in the upmarket Wakad area of the city. The company aims to expand to 6-8 more properties in the city by 2022. In addition to these boutique properties to its portfolio, at present, Housr has  20+ properties across NCR, Pune and Hyderabad and is aiming to aggressively launch more across existing and new cities like Bangalore, Chennai and Ahmedabad

    The rentals range from INR 12000-17000 for twin sharing and INR 23000-30000 for single occupancy. With these additions, the coliving major will offer more than 800 beds in multiple formats in the city

    Housr properties have been home to a diverse group of entrepreneurs, innovators, change-makers and those seeking extraordinary lifestyles. The properties consist of airy rooms and peace-inducing aesthetics with a small, tight-knit community of welcoming residents and great spaces to unwind.     Founded by Deepak Anand and Kalpesh Mehta in 2018, Housr is backed by investors Adar Poonawalla through Rising Sun Holdings, Pirojsha Godrej, Abhishek Lodha and Harsh Patodia.

    The company recently forayed in Hyderabad by launching its two boutique properties and as a part of its expansion plans, the co-living major will deepen its presence in the South Indian market with the launch of properties in key corporate cities such as Bangalore and Chennai in the next quarter.
