  • Howdy, Modi: PM Modi interacts with Kashmiri Pandits, Sikh and Dawoodi Bohra communities

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi met members of the Sikh Community in Houston today. In a series of tweets, Mr Modi said he had an excellent interaction with the Sikh Community and was delighted to see their passion towards India’s development.

    During their interaction, they congratulated Mr Modi on some of the path-breaking decisions taken by the Government of India.

    The Prime Minister also had a special interaction with a delegation of Kashmiri Pandits. They unequivocally supported the steps being taken for the progress of India and empowerment of every Indian.

    The Prime Minister said he had the opportunity to spend time with the members of Dawoodi Bohra community as well, and spoke about a wide range of issues. He said Dawoodi Bohra community has distinguished itself across the world.

    The delegation felicitated Mr Modi and recalled his visit to Indore last year to attend a programme of their community as well as highlighted his association with Syedna Sahib.
