Hyderabad: Hyderabad painter Snehlata Prasad wowed art critics with her 
maiden solo art exhibition, Blossming Blues being held at Lalit Kala Akadamai. Inaugurated by Arjun Prajapati( Padmashree), Snehlata’s exhibition consists of paintings of women in different attires and moods depicting myriad situations.
Using acrylic paint she has come up with some stunning visuals on canvas, including a mammoth 10x 1.5 metre one. Snehata holds a Ph. D in Fine arts from the University of Rajasthan, and has undergone two years of sculpture training under Padmashree Arjun Prajapati as well another two years learning painting under the late Dwarka Prasad.
She has participated in a number of exhibitions across the length and breadth of the country where her work has garnered much praise. This exhibition is on till 2nd of August.
