Set to Transform Higher Education, Indian School of Hospitality Celebrates Its Grand Opening

Mangaldai : Secretary of the Darrang District chapter of Indian Council for Child Welfare (ICCW) , Upasana Deka on Friday afternoon has made a courtesy visit to “Aai” , the newly functioning government recognized Specialized Adoption Agency (SAA) of the district at Santipur , Mangaldai . She interacted with the office bearers of the Non Profit Organization (NPO) , Crystal Vision looking after the child care centre and also the staff of the centre . She wanted to know about the health care services provided to the new born inmate and also inquired about cleanliness and hygiene of the centre . She expressed her gratitude to the members of Crystal Vision for coming forward for such a noble cause to set up the first Adoption Agency in the district thereby fulfilling the long felt need for care , protection and shelter of abandoned , surrendered and orphan children under six years of age . She advised the staff to remain very careful and perform their duties with a very holistic approach . She also urged upon the NPO members to follow the necessary guidelines of CARA with consultation with SARA , Assam , CWC and DCPU and share opinions with experienced people associated with the same in other parts of the state . However in her visitor’s note , she expressed satisfaction and deep pleasure observing overall management of the centre . She was also accompanied by local women activist Ranju Bhuya .
