  • ICICI Home Finance eases home loan norms for regularised colonies in Delhi NCR

    New Delhi: ICICI Home Finance Company (ICICI HFC) is now offering affordable home loans for customers seeking to purchase homes in regularised colonies of Delhi NCR such as Laxmi Nagar, Uttam Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Pitampura among others shortlisted by ICICIHFC. This latest offering is in line with the Government’s regularisation in its bid to create planned urbanization, and transform the colonies with modern amenities. The regularisation will help achieve the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) – Housing for All mission.

    Salaried as well as self-employed individuals can avail the affordable home loan ranging from INR 10 lakhs – upto INR 1.00 Cr for a loan tenure of 20 years*. ICICI HFC also provides funding for builders who have completed at least 30% of their projects.

    Interested customers can visit their nearest ICICI HFC branch located at Karol Bagh, Laxmi Nagar, Pitampura, Janakpuri and Ghaziabad to apply for affordable home loans. For on-spot sanctions, applicants should carry their Aadhar card, six months’ bank statements, last two years’ income tax returns, while self-employed individuals would also be required to submit business ownership documents such as gumasta/old rental agreement copy/shop establishment act license/electricity bill as well.

    Home loan seekers can avail of subsidy up to INR 2.67 lakhs under the PMAY, a credit-linked subsidy scheme for Middle Income Groups (MIG – I & II) and Lower Income Groups (LIG). The PMAY subsidy can be availed up to March 31, 2021 for customers under MIG – I & II category and March 31, 2022 for customers under EWS and LIG Category.

    ICICI HFC has been observing all protocol as per MHA and MOHFW for the safety of its employees, customers during the COVID-19 period and undertaking proactive measures across its 135 branches such as temperature screening of all visitors and employees before entering the branch, ensuring safe distancing, sanitization of branches, placing hand sanitisers and ensuring everyone wears masks/ face shields. Additionally, all suspected cases among employees and staff are isolated till test results obtained and all support provided for quarantine/ hospitalization. Contact tracing is done to prevent further spread.
