CII-LetsVote ‘Green Rally’ to make wishes come true for 500 under privileged school children

Gulbarga: TeamLease Services, India’s largest staffing Company and Indian Institute of Job Training (IIJT), India’s fastest growing vocational education company today announced the launch of its first Satellite enabled centre in Gulbarga, Karnataka. The centre was inaugurated by Mr. Oamar Ul Islam, MLA-Gulbarga constituency and Mr. Ashish Prasad, CEO, Indian Institute of Job Training. The IIJT centre will provide industry-relevant job training via skill assessment and counseling to the youth of Gulbarga.
“Developing our human capital is a very important investment for Karnataka and it will go a long way to provide the necessary conditions for sustained economic development. Gulbarga being a developing district has a vast talent pool that has the potential to be tapped and developed. The initiative of IIJT is a path breaking activity.” said Mr. Oamar Ul Islam, MLA-Gulbarga constituency.
Ashish Prasad, CEO, IIJT, said, “We are pleased to launch Infotech courses in Gulbarga to train the large number of potential candidates in the city. This will be in addition to the Finance courses that we have been successfully running at this centre. IIJT’s focus is to build training programs that create pools of talent which can meet the industry requirements. The Courses delivered at IIJT are a mix of instructor led class room training, satellite delivery and e-learning that gives access to quality education to students.”
The IIJT centre will offer A + N +, CCNA , RED HAT ,MCSE as Modular Courses and G NEXT, PC NEXT, IC NEXT as Career Courses. Along with this, the centre will also offer a course called Job Edge which provides training in English language, Personality Development and Interview Skills, to help provide an additional advantage to the candidates and enhance their employability prospects.
The centre will also provide scientific Career Skills Assessment for individual candidates to determine their readiness for a job and identify their training needs to improve their employability potential. The assessments are based on the proprietary TeamLease National Employability Framework (TNEF), which has researched and documented over 15,000 Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs) across various industries in India.
