Undoubtedly, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world and irreversibly affected our daily lives and work culture. Published in November 2021 report “Flexibility of Professionals and Managers on the Labor Market”, conducted by Antal and Cushman & Wakefield, clearly shows that employees attach more and more importance to flexibility of work, both in terms of rates as well as time and place of performing duties. As many as 52% of professionals require remote work at least three days a week. How can employers find themselves in such a rapidly changing employee market?

Despite appearances and the obvious challenges associated with the need to change thinking and the business model to attract more professionals, it is also a huge opportunity for companies. In fact, it opens up prospects for modernizing the business and strengthening relationships with their employees. This is a time of struggle for employees, their skills, and experience, but it does not have to be at a massive cost for the employer. Increase2, as an application, is an internally developed system carefully crafted by the best experts in the industry. On the other hand, tests on the Spanish market will begin in September. Meanwhile, a month later, in November, Increase2 will present itself during the International Forum of Technology Companies in Dubai. The year 2023 will bring more benefits for the users, and the application will also debut in Portugal and the Czech Republic.
