Published in November 2021 report “Flexibility of Professionals and Managers on the Labor Market”, conducted by Antal and Cushman & Wakefield, clearly shows that employees attach more and more importance to flexibility of work, both in terms of rates as well as time and place of performing duties. As many as 52% of professionals require remote work at least three days a week. How can employers find themselves in such a rapidly changing employee market?

According to the study mentioned above, as many as one in ten employees would gladly accept a lower salary in exchange for the opportunity to work remotely or a minor work schedule (shorter working hours / smaller working time).

One of such proposals may be to make the payment more flexible, which will allow the employee to avoid financial deadlock and borrowing when unexpected expenses arise. A project of this type is being developed by Increase2, an international start-up founded by Michał Imiołek, Miguel Gomez, and Sławomir Grycz.

To fund Increase2, the team raised as much as PLN 10 million.

    Increase2, as an application, is an internally developed system carefully crafted by the best experts in the industry. On the other hand, tests on the Spanish market will begin in September. Meanwhile, a month later, in November, Increase2 will present itself during the International Forum of Technology Companies in Dubai. The year 2023 will bring more benefits for the users, and the application will also debut in Portugal and the Czech Republic.

    One thing is sure – today’s employee market is one of the most resourceful employers, who will be meeting the needs of professionals before they even realize it.
