Influential social activist and founder of PG foundation, Sitaram Poswal, contributes 25.51 lakhs to Ram Mandir

The trust set up to direct the construction of a Ram Mandir in Ayodhya began a cross country drive for collecting funds. Many political leaders, Activists, businessmen and others have generously provided support funds for the construction of the Ram temple.

Perhaps the most prominent name from Rajasthan in the list of donations is that of Activist Sitaram Poswal who is also a founder of PG foundation.

On the occasion of Republic Day in ‘Khirni’ town, a meeting was organized at the Agrawal Dharamshala in the main market and personalities who supported the construction of the Ram temple, was honoured. The chief guests were Philanthropist Sitaram Poswal and Devanandji Maharaj. The convenor of the program stated that a check of Rs. 25 lakhs 51 thousand was provided by Social activist Sitaram Poswal. During this, BJP District President Bharat Lal Mathuria requested the people to contribute more to the construction of the Shri Ram temple. 

Speaking further about donating 25.51 lakhs for the construction of Ram Mandir, PG founder said, “Whatever strength Lord Shri Ram has given us, we must do something out of it and I will do my part stretching my capabilities.” 

Regional Preacher Shivlhari honoured all by presenting garlands and mementoes. On this occasion, many people including former BJP district president Suresh Jain, Badri Lal Gautam, BJP’s Mandal President Raghunath Vaishnav, Anil Mangal, Nitin Garg, and Shyam Sandar Sinhal were present.

Developments of this majestic temple are still underway. As stated by the members of the trust, the Mandir will be developed by sticking to India’s old and early-age development strategies. Also, it will be built in a manner to protect against natural calamities and external mishaps.
