  • International Exhibition for Young Inventors (IEYI 2018) begins today

    Faridabad : Foundation for GLocal Science Initiatives (FGSI) is hosting Asia’s largest Science Innovation Competition, the 14th Edition of International Exhibition for Young
    Inventors 2018 (IEYI – 2018) at Faridabad, Delhi NCR, India begun today. The venue for the exhibition is in Taj Vivanta, Faridabad for next 3days till 20th October and Awards will be at Manav Rachna
    International Institute of Research Studies, Faridabad on 20th October 2018.

    IEYI 2018 is gearing up to be the grandest international science event in India with more than 350 participants from more than 14 countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Japan, Singapur including India) showcasing innovative science projects. The inauguration of the event was on 17th October, 2018 graced by leading educationist Dr Amit Bhalla, Vice President, MRIIS as guest of honour and ICT leader Mr Ashutosh Chadha, Group Director, Microsoft India as Chief Guest.

    Er Anuj Sinha – Chairman FGSI India says “Over hundred and ten projects are on display at the IEYI and its 14th edition. A number of projects are a cause for a lot of optimism in the capacity of the youth for developing solutions to problems that have been created by our generations, a vibrant energy i.e. flowing in the hall where the projection around display whereas lot of enthusiasm from the young
    participants I do hope in future will see even more such platforms being created the youth being able to demonstrate their creativity and innovations”

    FGSI is dedicated to promotion of innovative science thinking among the Indian students and provide them with platforms to showcase their science talent at National and International fairs across the globe. They have a vision to reach out to over 100000 students by 2018 and encourage their creativity with mentors. Commercial ideas get intellectual property protection and start-ups will be seeded where there is potential.
