With cut throat competition amongst many players in the market, the IPS Technology is truly the panel technology for the current times. Therefore, instead of 50 frames per second, the TV will display 200 frames per second, that is, it offers four times more visual input per second. In a VA panel the liquid crystal molecules are compressed on knocking, become distorted and leak the light. The IPS panel is hard. Its molecular arrangement does change even on being knocked. When the IPS panel is pressed down, the original colours remain, with some change of brightness. The viewing angle of IPS panel is thus much better, mainly for it can ensure the proportion of the 3 colours within a large visible range.
