IREM®’s Boston Metropolitan Chapter Honors Jen Capobianco Petras as 2020 Industry Partner of the Year

QUINCY, MA: The Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM®) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 is proud to announce that the organization recently honored Jen Capobianco Petras as their 2020 Industry Partner of the Year.  Petras was presented with the award during a virtual ceremony held by the organization on December 2.

Petras currently serves as business development manager at ATI Restoration, working with owners and managers of commercial and multi-family properties who experience an unexpected disaster event to quickly get them back into their homes, get their businesses back on track, and get life back to normal.

Shortly after joining ATI Restoration in early 2019, Petras was elected CARE Ambassador at the company, and has since given back to the Ronald McDonald House, Merrimack Valley Food Bank, Winchester Hospital, Boys and Girls Clubs, and several other organizations.

Prior to joining ATI, Petras worked as the senior account executive for CORT, where she focused on the multifamily sector for over a decade and built many strong relationships that followed her to the restoration world.

Petras holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, and believes in the importance of always learning, as well as offering valuable education opportunities to her clients.

“Jen has truly been an invaluable partner to our organization,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, 2021 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and principal and COO of the Peabody Companies. “It’s an honor to recognize her for all that she has done for IREM Boston, and we look forward to her continued partnership in the future.  Congratulations!”
