Gurgaon : Living up to his name, foot tapping music, energy and joy is all one could feel at campus of ITM University today with famous Punjabi rapper YO YO Honey Singh. The Delhi-based artist left the students spell bound with his power pack performance on the second day of MOMENTUM 2012, the annual three-day inter collegiate cultural fiesta.

Honey Singh, set the stage on fire with his mind-blowing songs. The thrilled audience went wild over popular tracks like Brown Girl, Angrezi Beat, Main Sharaabi etc. It was an euphoric performance by the Punjabi sensation.

Celebrating the enthusiasm ITM University, kick started the inter collegiate cultural fiesta October 10th and will conclude on October 12th.

Addressing the occasion, Prof. Prem Vrat, Vice Chancellor and Professor of Eminence, ITM University said, “Momentum is a cultural fest that aims to allow students from the college to explore the talent within themselves and at the same time it encourages productive competition in the college. This fest is all about interesting events and fresh attitude and will serve as a platform for students from various prestigious colleges of Delhi NCR to showcase their talent. It’s a delight and pleasure to welcome rapper Honey Singh to our university.”

The fest started with the inauguration ceremony celebrating the culture and varied traditions of India. The first day of the three-day extravaganza saw participants battling in various events such as Football Frenzy, Paint Ball and Street Play etc.

The second day staged a host of competitive events including Mr. & Ms. Momentum, Street Dance, Rock Show, Step-Up & Groove (Solo Dance) and many more events. To add to the glamour quotient of the fest, the Fashion Show was staged by the students. The audience was mesmerized by the spectacular performances.

The highlight of the three-day festival was the live performance featuring the popular Desi Hip-Hop artist ‘Honey Singh’. The crowd was enthralled by the 90 minutes of euphoric dancing and singing.

“The crowd and the response of the audience were amazing, they welcomed me with open arms are made me feel special,” said Honey Singh after his performance.
