Bengaluru: JAIN International Residential School (JIRS), an institution dedicated to holistic education and innovation proudly hosted the Zonal Round of OLL’s Skill Titans Season 1. This innovative event took place at the school premises, which is a testament to JIRS’s commitment to recognising and nurturing the diverse talents and innovations of students.
The Zonal Round of Skill Titans Season 1, provides a platform to 150 students to showcase their entrepreneurial ideas. Skill Titans Season 1 is a national-level competition inviting students from 5th Standard to 12th to showcase their innovative concepts. The Zonal round of Skill Titans Season 1 will be aired on CNBC TV 18 on 16th December 2023 at 4:30 PM. Students winning the national level competition will get a chance to win a grant of 10 Lakhs.
The south zone event was held on 5th and 6th November, JIRS welcomed students from diverse backgrounds and schools, each with a unique vision for the future. Skill Titans Season 1 received an overwhelming response with 1.2 Lakhs applicants worldwide. The zonal round hosted by JIRS was a crucial stage where 150 students competed to qualify for the next stage in the competition. The school believes in fostering not just academic excellence but also in nurturing an entrepreneurial spirit among the students with the mind-set of Skill Titans.

Further, a JIRS IBDP student of Grade 11, Gaurav Lahoti, with his innovative idea and entrepreneurial mindset secured a spot among the Top 8 Semi-Finalists, making the school proud.
