Civil Aviation Secretary Pradeep Singh Kharola today held meeting with airport  authorities to coordinate and address any emerging issues on capacity, slots and passenger convenience, following cessation of the Jet Airways flights.

He will also hold a meeting with airlines later in the day.

The meeting is being held after the Civil Aviation Ministry said, the Directorate General Civil Aviation and other regulators are monitoring the situation to ensure that all existing rules regarding refunds, cancellations and alternate bookings are followed strictly.

It said, any passenger complaints should be promptly reported to the Air-Sewa portal or mobile app and the Ministry will follow up immediately.
