Mumbai: Kapil Jain, Founder and CEO of Graphitto Labs, a new age communications start up has been bestowed by one of the most prestigious and admired accolades “Digital Marketer of the Year Award” at The World Digital Marketing Congress held in Mumbai. This award is instituted in association with CMO Asia &The World Federation of Digital Marketing Professionals as Knowledge Partner. Dr R L Bhatia, Global Chairman and Patron of the World Marketing Congress presented the award to Mr Kapil Jain at a glittering event held at Taj Lands’ End Mumbai. The event witnessed attendance of over 350+ Leaders from various nationalities.

The World Digital Marketing Congress is a non-profit organization and the award aim at identifying India Inc’s young upcoming leadership and sharing the exceptional work done by them. The methodology comprised of two phases: research and assessment. A list of 1,000 business leaders was drawn up and this was condensed on the basis of due diligence. The shortlisted names were reviewed by a Jury consisting of senior professionals from across the globe. While selecting the winners, the jury considered Marketing Competencies, Strategic Perspective & Future Orientation, Track Record, Integrity and Ethics, Commitment to Sustainability (Business, Social & Environmental).

Born and brought up in Assam, Kapil Jain pursued his B. Com from Gauhati Commerce College, Guwahati and graduated in 2006. He subsequently secured an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business in 2009. Post his MBA, Jain worked with various Fortune 500 companies and worked across sectors such as Banking, Finance and Trading. After a decade of working with multiple companies, Jain went on to explore his entrepreneurial skills and co-founded Graphitto in 2018.
