Kartikeya Uniyal, is a 22-year-old entrepreneur who has made big strides in the real estate world in a short time. Considering how tricky real-estate can be, we are not only awed by how much Kartikeya has accomplished at such a young age but also that he has done all this in the real estate game. 

He says, “People think real estate is dangerous and dicey but in reality it’s just very dynamic. Everyday new people enter – either as buyers or sellers. Many people involved have unique roles and bring different things to the table. There are a lot of moving parts in one project and a lot of work and strings go into it. If you figure these out you have a solid footing.”. 
He is also an angel investor to many startups. His help has been pivotal to many startups and fuelled their working. 

Kartikeya has a special place in his heart reserved for cars. He says “Cars are my first love. I love how they stay grounded but they can make you feel like you’re flying. Going out on a spin after a hard day really helps me relax.”. He loves to drive super cars and participates in car races and rallies. 

He says, “In today’s day and age everyone’s life is full of stress and I’ve seen that many people are just avoiding having to deal with it. They don’t realise that not dealing with stress is having a toll on their productivity and overall health. The first step in making a success out of yourself is having the ability to work. And if you’re not productive and sick, how will you work? Everyone should keep something or the other in place so they can count on it as a stress reliever.”
