St. Louis, Mo. :  Kelly Probert Insurance Agency recently hired Debra Holland as its new agency producer.  Her responsibilities include identifying and developing insurance prospects.  She also will design insurance plans, as well as recommend coverages to new and existing clientele.  Prior to joining the agency, she worked for more than five years with a State Farm agency.
