Mumbai : Kotak Mahindra Bank, one of India’s leading private banks has been declared the winner in the ‘Customer & Brand Loyalty’ category in the Banking Sector at the 4th Loyalty Summit held in Mumbai. Kotak Mahindra Bank beat several notable players in the field who were nominated in this category. This award is the result of a combination of consumer research undertaken in 6 Indian cities with a sample of 25,000 consumers aided by nominations received from organisations. The Nielsen Company is accredited with the research for the awards, nominees and the winners.
