LAS VEGAS – Taste Buzz Food Tours, the award-winning, Las Vegas-based food tour company, is partnering with The Little Vegas Chapel, a popular wedding chapel located at 1330 S. 3rd St in the city’s vibrant Arts District, to offer two ultimate wedding and culinary tour packages for locals and tourists looking to safely tie the knot during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a fun, socially distanced alternative to traditional wedding ceremonies now restricted due to the recent pandemic, guests can book one of two celebratory wedding and culinary packages in the Marriage Capital of the World. With the base package, priced at $390, couples can exchange their vows during a true Las Vegas wedding ceremony followed by a three-hour public walking food tour through the Arts District. The deluxe package, priced at $899, also includes a romantic wedding ceremony for the couple and their wedding party (up to six guests) as well as a three-hour private walking food tour. In true Vegas fashion, couples can add an Elvis Presley upgrade to their ceremony, priced at $100, and celebrate their love with a performance by the “King of Rock n’ Roll.” Couples with the Elvis upgrade will also receive a copy of Elvis and Priscilla’s marriage certificate at the conclusion of their ceremony.
Both unique wedding and culinary packages include: a chapel ceremony performed by a wedding officiant, an officiated marriage license, traditional wedding music, a fresh three rose bouquet, professional photography, a private online photo gallery with five digital images, a witness (provided if needed) and a wedding coordinator. At the conclusion of each ceremony, guests can celebrate their love with a bustling foodie tour in Las Vegas’ cultural hub of galleries, shops, venues, bars and more. Guests can book both wedding and culinary packages for a future date, pending availability, by visiting the Taste Buzz Food Tours booking site.
“We’ve received a great deal of feedback from locals and tourists alike expressing a need to tie the knot without breaking the bank. Plus, given the current pandemic-related restrictions that seem to have no end in sight, couples looking to get married this year are faced with a number of other tough decisions regarding their special day,” says Kathryn Kelly, founder and CEO of Taste Buzz Food Tours. “Instead of canceling or postponing their meaningful ceremonies to next year and beyond, our new wedding and culinary packages can remove the stress surrounded by planning a big event and dedicate more time to celebrating their love. With our partnership with The Little Vegas Chapel, we’re excited to help guests experience a Las Vegas-themed wedding, honeymoon and worldly culinary tour all in one, all while strengthening the hospitality industry.”
The three-hour walking tours provide a front-row seat to a local “in the know” insider’s perspective on the absolute best places to eat in the city. Taste Buzz Food Tours take guests off the beaten path to “hidden gems” which can range from a hole-in-the-wall to a street cart to a food truck, to upscale dining, for a full-encompassing experience on the tasteful variety that the city has to offer. Each experience treats tour guests to five different high demand “foodie restaurants” for a sampling of one to four of each eatery’s most popularized dishes. Adhering to current social distance guidelines, each tour accommodates an intimate-sized group, between two to eight people only. Each tour is complete with one of Taste Buzz’s deeply knowledgeable tour guides, who entertains guests throughout the experience with captivating background information on Las Vegas’ history and culture, as well as behind each tour venue, chef and dish.
Under current COVID-19 restrictions, restaurants are operating at a 25% capacity with 6-feet social distancing between each table. All food tour guests are required to wear a mask throughout the tour, except for the times that they are eating.
