Kolkata: Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Matri Bhavan is a 100-bed Charitable Mother & Child Care Hospital in Kolkata, dedicated to the treatment of women & children hailing from lesser privileged sections of society.

Linde India Limited, a subsidiary of Linde Plc., has funded the modernization activities of two Operation Theatres at Matri Bhavan under the aegis of its CSR program. These Operation Theatres have been renovated to equip the facility with upgraded systems to ensure better safety of the mother, newborn baby and the healthcare personnel.  Additionally, two numbers of Multipara Monitors to record the vital signs of the patient during surgical procedures, have also been donated by Linde India. The project has been facilitated by Rotary Club of Calcutta Victoria -District 3291.

The renovated Operation Theatres were inaugurated on Saturday, 31st July 2021.
