  • Lrnable Group launches Mytat and Lrnable platforms to transform the learning and recruitment landscape

    New Delhi: Lrnable Group, a group of learning and talent transformation platforms, today, announced its formal launch. The launch highlighted two flagship initiatives- Mytat.co (which offers Mytat Recruitment and Mytat Classes) and Lrnable.com, which are focussed towards learning of students, enhancing and upgrading skills, mapping complete learning lifecycle of employees in a company or an organisation including career pathing.

    As per recent reports, the Indian workforce has observed the highest skill gap, where 94% of employees reported a skill mismatch. Addressing the need, the company intends to create India’s first sustainable and inclusive academic learning, workforce transformation, talent mapping and management ecosystem through Mytat and Lrnable platforms.

    Announcing the launch, Vikram Kumar, CEO, Lrnable Group said, “We realised the grim situation of the skill gap in India along with regular struggles of students, trainers, recruiters as well as corporate, at large. The launch of Mytat and Lrnable platforms is a response to the current challenges of students, institutions, and employers across different industries. This is done with a central and unified approach, which is transformational in nature, to enhance and connect skills of candidates to potential employers with a dual objective – elevate employability and increase the ROI for companies via the hiring of the right resources.”

    He added, “We endeavour to help approx eight million students, aspiring to enter the job market, in the next two years with our assessments and Lrnable programmes as well as provide a single tool for Learning & Development in companies and organisations”.

    The company currently offers skill-building across IT/ITES, BFSI, Pharma and many more sectors. In the last two to three years, the company has provided its recruitment assessment services and solutions to many organisations with a high success rate.

    Rohit Narasimhan, CTO, Lrnable Group, said, “Our platforms are robust and already tested against all threats and glitches, to provide seamless, intuitive and user-friendly solutions, using latest techniques of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Mytat platforms have been in beta use for more than a year as we developed a simple and efficient platform through constant user validation duly addressing needs of various stakeholders in the supply chain, at different points in time.     “Lrnable Group is aligned with Government’s Skill India Mission and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. We aim to empower the country’s youth and build India the Skill Capital while addressing the skill gaps, which we identify very early in the lifecycle. Currently, we are looking at forging alliances with academic institutions, organisations and corporates across the nation.
