EduGorilla is also plaaning to  encompass remedial teaching under its umbrella and leverage connected living via integration with Alexa, Siri, and Google Home in the next five years.

“It is indeed an exciting time for the ed-tech segment in India. The acceleration of digitalization and the shift towards online learning augur well for the growth of the Indian ed-tech sector.   We are enthused by the overwhelming response from our users. As a leading player in the vernacular Ed-Tech space, we are committed to ensuring access to quality content at affordable costs to students across India,” said Mr Rohit Manglik, Founder&CEO, EduGorilla.

This development comes after EduGorilla added mock interviews to its product portfolio, which will be aimed towards preparing the students for their interview round in the exams.

It also caters to the mock test requirement of 2 crore+ users for 1300+ competitive exams in 5 vernacular languages- English, Kannada, Gujarati, Hindi, and Bengali.

The website currently has 5.68 lakh total users since January of 2021. EduGorilla also enriches the user experience through the gamification of the online interface. It has recorded over 50,000 installs for its app. The Ed-Tech company is also the leading e-learning service provider of the Gram Hatt initiative of the Gujarat government.

EduGorilla is backed by funding from Auxano, Pune Angels, SucSEED, Kirloskar Family House, and Raisoni Family House.

EduGorilla uses AI-powered software that, through Predictive Analysis, assesses the demand for exams out of about 4000+ Competitive Exams held every year throughout the country and sorts them as per their priority demand. Subsequently, ML-based Engine cross-references the recent changes in the exam syllabus and pattern and cross-references it with the previous year pattern to generate quality content.

The process of assessment, creation and distribution of the mock tests take 5 to 6 days, as opposed to the 30 days timeframe through a conventional approach. This approach gives EduGorilla a lengthy sales window, as a result of which its portal and app are able to gain traction.
