There are many brands in the market that sell these, however, they might still not be a healthy choice because of third-party ingredients. Therefore there is a strong recommendation from the health experts themselves that these snacks must be created within the four walls of your kitchen.

Ingredients

● 1 cup rolled oats

● ½ cup natural peanut butter

● ⅓ cup honey

● ¼ cup chopped dark chocolate

● 2 tablespoons flax seeds

● 2 tablespoons chia seeds

● 2 tablespoons Happilo nuts and seeds

● 1 tablespoon chocolate-flavored protein powder, or to taste

Directions

  1. In a giant bowl, add in your Oats, Honey and Peanut Butter.
  2. Stir this well ensuring the Peanut Butter and Honey covers the Oats completely.
  3. Now add chopped dark chocolate and Happilo seeds and mix well.
  4. The recipe is packed with protein and healthy fats, however, to level it up you can add in some protein powder and mix the entire mixture well.
  5. Cover your bowl with plastic wrap and let it cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, start scooping balls of this mixture and enjoy!

You can always customize the recipe by adding Almond Butter or Chopped Milk Chocolate or also add a bit of salt to taste.
