New Delhi : Manovikas Community College, the first college in the country for the persons with intellectual and other developmental disabilities for sustainable employment, has announced the admission for Ability Enhancement Multimedia Programme. This innovative program from Manovikas Community College in collaboration with Aims Media is recognized by Apple is a first of its kind in the learning system. This unique Program is designed for children with special needs to keep them abreast with technology. Under this program students, will be given the right tool to unlock their creativity with the fun filled and motivational environment. The program has designed in a manner that will not only help the students to identify their creativity but also enhance their right brain activities and of course also help to build self confidence in the child as they will get the exposure to new things This is an initiative to create a platform for children with special needs to make them creative and imaginative.

Manovikas Community College strives toward a future where education is accessible and convenient for the persons with Developmental Disabilities and they can lead a respectful life with a dignified career. Under this program students will be taught about Pre Production (Story Boarding Sketching, Production (Dialogue Making + Camera Handling), Applied Art (Clay + Art & Crafting).

Eligibility:

14 years or older, border line to mid-level developmental disability such as autism, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, learning disabilities, hearing impairment etc. Above average results on the Multiple Intelligence Disabilities test in the areas of Linguistic, Interpersonal, and Bodily Kinesthetic Intelligence.
