Masai, India’s leading outcome-driven EdTech platform, has tied up with the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy) to introduce two new certificate programs – Digital Marketing with Applied AI and Product Management for the Agentic AI Era. Both run for six months and are open to professionals from different backgrounds.
The demand for digital marketing and product management skills is growing as companies adapt to AI. Market studies estimate that digital marketing will reach USD 786 billion by 2026, and mobile advertising alone may cross USD 1,000 billion by 2032. Product management is also changing fast with Agentic AI. By 2026, three out of four customer interactions could be managed by AI agents. Analysts also expect that integrating AI into product lifecycles could reduce time-to-market by around 35 percent.
The digital marketing program covers campaign planning, AI tools, prompt engineering and measurement techniques. Learners will also work on more than 20 projects that help them build a portfolio. The product management course focuses on how AI can be used across product strategy, design and execution. Case studies, mentoring sessions with IIM Trichy faculty and industry professionals, and career support are part of both programs.
Prateek Shukla, Co-founder and CEO of Masai, said the pace of change in the business environment makes it important for professionals to pick up new skills quickly. “Our collaboration with IIM Trichy gives learners the chance to combine academic learning with practical exposure. The goal is to prepare them for leadership roles where they can deliver impact from day one,” he said.
Prof. Saravanan P, Dean (Corporate Relations & Faculty Affairs), IIM Trichy, said the focus of the programs is on application. “Knowledge alone is not enough. These courses give participants the opportunity to test ideas through projects and case studies so that they are ready for real-world challenges,” he said.
Masai will also be adding a fintech with AI program soon. Applications for the two new courses are now open on the Masai School website.
