  • Max Super Specialty Hospital, Patparganj celebrates the successful completion of a decade and MAX MEDICON 2015

    New Delhi : Country’s leading comprehensive provider of standardized, seamless and international-class healthcare services, Max MaxHealthcare celebrated the 10th Anniversary of one of its premier hospitals in New Delhi – Max Super Speciality Hospital, Patparganj – today at Radisson Blu, Kaushambi. While celebrating a decade of providing world-class healthcare services in the Capital, Max Healthcare organised Max Medicon 2015, exploring and driving discussions and debates around the increasing demand of excellence in healthcare delivery in India in the past decade. Chief Guest – Shri Rajiv, IPS, Central Vigilance Commissioner- Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi; Mr. Rahul Khosla, Chairman- Max Healthcare and Managing Director, Max India and Mr. Rajit Mehta, Managing Director and CEO, Max Healthcare were present at the event honouring the milestone achieved by the hospital. The Medicon was witnessed by more than 500 participants, 30 speakers and more than 100 members of the Max Healthcare family. The Medicon included 5 panel discussions, 9 case studies presentations and 2 sessions across key healthcare specialities.

    India’s population last recorded in 2013 by WHO stood at 1,252, 140,000 out of which 18,248,290 currently reside in Delhi and NCR, making it the 2nd most populous country in the world. The demand for healthcare delivery has reached an all-time high in the last 3-4 years. India faces a growing need to fix its basic health concerns in the areas of HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, and diarrhoea.
