West Bengal : Radio Misty 94.3fm, the first fm and Number one station of North Bengal gave a unique opportunity to listeners of Siliguri to talk directly to Mayor of Siliguri Ms Gangotri Datta.Mayor was live at Radio Misty studios in show Mon Je Chaye Hosted by RJ Megha on Saturday from 8 pm.

Radio Misty made a buzz around this concept putting posters, local TV Networks and outdoor activities. Promotion campaign was held on Radio so more and more people can send their questions and speak to Mayor. Radio Misty received a tremendous response for this show. Selected questions were taken on air and listeners’ got an opportunity to voice their concerns and suggestions to Mayor.

Mayor of Siliguri Ms Gangotri Datta said that this was a nice platform to know people’s concerns and suggestions. This will help Municipal Corporation to make Siliguri a better place to live. She added that Radio Misty has done this unique work to connect people with me.

The activity has been undertaken as Radio Misty initiative for the betterment of the city in an utmost manner, thereby offering its listeners a direct platform to be heard and share their concerns & suggestions.
