HB Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a renowned bhojpuri T.V. channel having its broadcast rights in most of the parts of the world including Europe, Middle East and South East Asia. Around 400 million viewers of various countries are enjoying the entertainment programs of this channel. In addition, HB Entertainment is greatly involved in making world class bhojpuri TV serials. Mr. Santosh Choudhary, the country Marketing Head along with their HR Managers Jyoti Malhotra and Kirti Kaushik visited the Gandhi Nagar , Bhopal campus of Career Group for selection of PGDM and MBA students of passing batch 2011 for the post of Asstt. Branch Manager and H.R.
Executive. Mr. Choudhary told that the over all performance of PGDM students are far better than that of MBA students. All in all, 146 students of PGDM and MBA from various towns including Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur participated in the mega campus event. The process of selection comprised of three steps. In the first step, the Country Head presented a pre placement talk to all the participant students. The short listing of students was done on the basis of Group Discussion and the final selections were made on the basis of Personal Interview in two rounds. A total of 43 students finally got selected for HB Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and out of this 20 students were from Career Group of institutions.
A total of 15 PGDM students of CIIM got an offer of Rs. 3.38 lakh annual package. Additionally, the other students of MBA got an offer of Rs. 2.4 lakh as annual package. All of these students will complete their respective PGDM and MBA courses and will join the Company at its offices in Bhopal, Indore, Agra, Kolkata, Lukhnow, Kanpur, etc. Most of the MBA institutes of Bhopal including Oriental College, VNS Group, Bansal College, TIT, Radharaman, etc. have participated in this mega campus.
On this occasion Mr. Manish Rajoria Vice, Chairman of Career Group has expressed his pleasure and reiterated that because of the better grooming and better syllabus of PGDM course, the students of PGDM have excelled in this mega campus as compared to MBA students. Dr. Shuchi Sharma, the Director of Career Institute of International Management has felicitated all PGDM students of CIIM for their wonderful performance.
Dr. Ajay Khare, Director of Career College of Management imparting MBA course has emphasized that owing to excellent performance of MBA students of CCM in the University Examinations, they have been able to get selected in such a good company on a package of 2.4 lacks as compared to MBA students of other institutions. The placement officer of Career Group, Mr. Sameer Agrawal was looking very joyous and confident about selection of all the students of PGDM and MBA of CIIM and CCM respectively by the end of March.
