  • Messe Frankfurt’s International light exhibition to be held in Pragati Maidan from October 11

    The government is taking serious steps to increase the manufacturing capacity and infrastructure in the nation. Making its contribution by encouraging and promoting the use of innovations in light and electrical engineering and home & building automation sectors, co-located shows Light India and Electrical Building Technology India (EBTI) will act as a suitable platform to source leading-edge technologies from the best in the market. Scheduled from 11-13 October 2018, international business exhibition Light India & EBTI 2018 will be held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This integrated exhibition will be a one-stop trading and networking platform for stakeholders from both the industries.

    The theme of Light India trade show is “intelligent lighting technology & applications” where the focus is predominantly on the application of these innovativetechnologies in India’s lighting industry, whichregistered an approximate total of USD 2.99 billion with an average growth rate of 5% during the year 2017*.The string of progress continued as the Indian lighting industryhas already had an estimated turnover of USD1.6 billion from January to June 2018 in sectors of Street Lights, LED Tubes and LED Lamps**. Adding their bit to this powerful development, Light India and EBTI 2018 will host prominent lighting and building automation companies like Bajaj, Havells, Halonix, HPL Electric, Savarochi, Anchor by Panasonic, Kakatiya, Jaguar, Prolite, Silvan, Orient Electric, Surya Roshni, and Opuluswho are ready to brighten up the event with their advanced tech-based solutions.

    Being one of the largest lighting markets in the world, India attracts the international manufacturers to invest in the project of smart cities. The next edition of this premium business fair, will host companies from India, China, Hong Kong, and the UAE who will present advanced and lucrative lighting products which will be beneficial in the overall development of the lighting and building automation scenario in India.
